SEMI-AUTOMATIC CO2/N2 FILLING MACHINE TYPE Z-2013

Semi-automatic CO2/N2 Filling Machine Z-2013 is a device for filling aerosol containers with N2/CO2 in gaseous form through a crimped valve.

Device is powered and controlled by compressed air only and is equipped with gas accumulative tank.

Filling pressure is limited to 1.6 MPa (16 bar). Machine can operate with Aerosol Valves or Bag-On-Valves, both in 1” standard.

Where necessary, the machine can be provided in GMP suitable design with all steel elements that are in direct contact with product made from AISI 316L and all seals made from pharmacy/food approved materials.
