SEMI-AUTOMATIC CRIMPING MACHINE TYPE Z-2102

Semi-automatic crimping machine Z-2102 is a device used for a tight and reliable crimp of atomizers on glass bottles which are provided manually.

Device is powered and controlled by compressed air only. Thanks to exchangeable crimping tongs device is able to operate with bottles having following neck diameters: 11 mm; 13 mm; 15 mm; 17 mm; 18 mm and 20 mm.

Reliable embedment of atomizer on glass container is conducted by crown-shaped crimp on atomizer’s collar.

Proper configuration of head height, working pressure and crimp parameters guarantees the correctness of the whole cycle.

Production capacity:

~1200 - 1800 pcs/h (20 - 30 pcs/min). The maximum capacity is dependent on work organization in the process line and operator’s experience.

ø10; ø12; ø13; ø14.5; ø16.5; ø18; ø19.5; ø21; ø23 (depending on installed crimping tongs and centering socket)

Bottles height:

~50 ÷ 300 mm (for higher bottles on special order)
