SEMI-AUTOMATIC CRIMPING MACHINE TYPE Z-2152

Semi-automatic crimping machine Z-2152 is a device used for a tight and reliable crimp of atomizers on glass bottles which are provided manually.

Device is powered and controlled by compressed air only. Reliable embedment of atomizer on glass container is conducted by crown-shaped crimp on atomizer’s collar.

Proper configuration of head height, working pressure and crimp parameters guarantees the correctness of the whole cycle.

~600 - 720 pcs/h (10 - 12 pcs/min). The maximum capacity is dependent on work organization in the process line and operator’s experience.
