BAG ON VALVE (BOV)

FILLING AND CLOSING AUTOMATIC INDEXING MODULE TYPE Z-1060

Filling and Closing Automatic Indexing Module Z-1060 is a central machine of Automatic BOV Aerosol Production Line.

The capacity of the machine is around 20 pcs/min. Device is powered and controlled by compressed air.

Device is intended to perform following operations:

  • Collecting empty cans from conveyor belt.
  • Checking the presence of a valve inside the can.
  • Pre-gasifying and crimping the BOV valve on aerosol can.
  • Testing the pre-gasifying pressure (pressure of propellant).
  • Filling the inside of the bag with liquid product (using 2 filling heads).
  • Cleaning the valves’ stem and cup using cleaning head and a vacuum system.
  • Putting finished products back to conveyor belt.
