Caps Sorter Z-3004 is a device intended for feeding properly oriented (sorted) caps or screw caps to the conveyor cooperating with it. The device has been equipped with electric drive system and its operation is controlled by a system of sensors installed on sorting hopper and the conveyor. Special design of the device allows to optimally determine the orientation of sorted caps, thanks to which they enter the conveyor in a position allowing for their immediate placement onto the bottle or can.
