BOV FILLING AUTOMATIC INDEXING MODULE TYPE Z-1062

BOV Filling Automatic Indexing Module Z-1062 is a second machine of Automatic BOV Aerosol Production Line.

The capacity of the machine is around 40 pcs/min. Device is powered and controlled by compressed air.

Device is intended to perform following operations:

  • Collecting pre-gasified cans with crimped BOV valve from conveyor belt.
  • Filling the inside of the BOV bag with liquid product (using 4 filling heads in total – 2 heads per can).
  • Cleaning the valves’ stems and cups using cleaning head and a vacuum system.
  • Putting finished products back to conveyor belt.
