BOV CLOSING AND TESTING AUTOMATIC INDEXING MODULE TYPE Z-1061

BOV Closing and Testing Automatic Indexing Module Z-1061 is a first machine of Automatic BOV Aerosol Production Line.

The capacity of the machine is around 40 pcs/min. Device is powered and controlled by compressed air.

Device is intended to perform following operations:

  • Collecting empty cans from conveyor belt.
  • Checking the presence of a valve inside the can.
  • Pre-gasifying and crimping the BOV valve on aerosol can.
  • Testing the pre-gasifying pressure (pressure of propellant).
  • Putting products back to conveyor belt.
