Test bath function is to enhance the aerosol product quality and increase its safety by detecting the leaky aerosol cans form the production cycle. As per the accepted standards, tests are performed by immersing a filled, closed aerosol can in water at temperature approx. 55°C for about 3 min. Cans are immersed in the hot water in a basket mounted with a hinge mechanism to the top cover. The cans are manually put in and removed from the basket by the machine operator. Glass test tank allows for visual control of the can tightness by observing the gas bubbles released from the leaky cans.
