FILLING-CLOSING LINEAR-ROTARY MODULE TYPE Z-1510

The Z-1510 Linear Rotary Module is a part of automatic filling-closing line and is designed for filling the glass bottles with a liquid product and placing and closing plastic screw caps on them. Z-1510 cooperates with a conveyor type Z-5300, which allows for feeding and collecting bottles from the machine in an automatic manner and with a vibratory sorter for automatic caps feeding.

The device was separated into 2 sections – filling section and closing section respectively, which were separated by a safety glass pane.

The machine is designed and made in accordance with requirements and guidelines of cGMP (EudraLex, Vol. 4) as well as FDA CFR Title 21 part 211. All components coming in contact with the product are made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 316L.

All sealing and gaskets materials in contact with product fulfill the requirements of FDA (CFR 211 part 177) and European Commission Regulation No. 10/2011.

In order to accomplish the task, the machine is equipped with following functional units:

6 filling modules, filling simultaneously 6 bottles in a line with a dose of the liquid product adjusted in the range of 2 - 40 ml.
Caps placing module, operating in a rotary indexing system.
Cap screwing module, operating in a rotary indexing system.
