SEMI-AUTOMATIC VACUUM FILLING MACHINE TYPE Z-2421

Semi-automatic Vacuum Filling Machine Z-2421 is a device which intended use is to fill glass bottles with liquid product.

Bottles are provided manually. The use of vacuum mechanism allows to maintain equal level of liquid in each bottle, regardless of volume differences (even very small – being a result of glass thickness differences).

Device is equipped with its own vacuum generator and with drain tank, where excess of liquid is stored during liquid leveling in bottles.

1200 pcs/h (20 pcs/min) for 30 ml dose; 900 pcs/h (15 pcs/min) for 50 ml dose; 600 pcs/h (10 pcs/min) for 100 ml dose; Maximum capacity depends on bottle volume, work organization and operator’s experience.
