SEMI-AUTOMATIC MDI FILLING MACHINE TYPE Z-2111

Z-2111 Semi-automatic MDI Filling Machine is designed to fill mini-spray aerosol cans with liquid product.

The machine is supplied with compressed air. Cans are placed at the unit by hand. An adjustable stand allows to fill different sizes of cans.

The machine is operated with use of double hand Start button which improves safety of use. The construction of filling head prevents from product dosing when there is no can under the head.

Depending on order (desired maximum dose) the machine is equipped with either 1 of 2 available filling modules: 6 ml filling module (with +/- 0,08g of dosing tolerance) or 55 ml filling module (with +/- 0,25g of dosing tolerance). In addition, the machine can be equipped with product recirculation system, which mixes the product between filling cycles and allows to work with powder based suspensions without the occurrence of sedimentation.

Use of „tri-clamp” joints provides easy dismantle and cleaning. Machine is manufactured in conformity with pharmaceutical industry standard and by design is intended to be used in class C cleanrooms. All metal components coming in touch with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
