SEMI-AUTOMATIC MDI FILLING-GASIFYING MACHINE TYPE Z-2123
Semi-automatic MDI Filling-Gasifying Machine Z-2123 is a device designed for filling (single stage) minispray aerosol containers through a crimped MDI valve with a precisely set dose of propellant/powder suspension.
The machine is supplied and controlled with compressed air only. The cans are placed in machine by hand. Adjustable support stand allows to work with cans which height is in range of 40 – 100 mm.
Cycle starts with the use of double-hand switch to increase safety of operation. Filling head has a built in system which prevents from undesirable dosing in case there is no can placed under the head. Mixture dose is adjusted in range of 3 – 43 ml.
Most connections are made using “clamp” type couplings which facilitate installation disassembly in order to clean mixture flow route. Filling head is equipped with product circulation system to ensure its constant mixing and to avoid precipitation of suspension particles.
Machine is manufactured in conformity with pharmaceutical industry standard and by design is intended to be used in class C cleanrooms. All metal components coming in touch with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Built-in vacuum system eliminates all suspension residues from the valve or stem.
