GEL MIXER TYPE Z-6075

Z-6075 Gel Mixer is a device designed for providing a mixture of a gel product saturated with liquidized isopentane, all with precisely adjusted ratio.

In standard version, the amount of the dosed gel product can be set in the range of 3 – 294 ml (with tolerance up to ± 0.5 ml), while the isopentane concentration is between 2.35 – 8.82% of final mixture.

The capacity of a single mixer unit is 10 – 15 pcs/min for 200 ml of mixture volume and depends on couple of factors (gel density, hose length, type of filling head and aerosol valve throughput, if used).

The machine has a separate supply points for gel and for isopentane. Both substances should be supplied at appropriate pressures (minimum 6 bar for gel and minimum 5 bar for isopentane) which usually requires the use of dedicated pumps.
